Andy has been in leadership roles and worked in the church and charity sector as well as serving as a Trustee in many charities.

Louise has worked across the sector for many years including for the Metropolitan Police, Tearfund and Christians Against Poverty. As well as delivering projects abroad she has held leadership roles and senior admin roles.
